Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a small, dynamic charity who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor on a permanent basis.
The HR Advisor will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day to day running of the HR function through the entire talent lifecycle and supporting the Head of HR on projects to deliver the People Plan. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Advising line managers on procedures and policies
Managing the HR system
Supporting recruiting managers with the advice, tools and practical support required to successfully recruit roles
Co-ordinating all aspects of the joiners and leavers process
Providing the finance team with all information required to process payroll
The successful candidate will have experience of end to end recruitment, HR system management as well as excellent IT skills. With experience in a similar role, ideally within the charity sector, you will also have strong inter-personal skills and the ability to maintain strict levels of confidentiality.
