Client Details

Our client is a well-established and recognised national business within the construction industry. The company has a vision to lead from the front whilst always keeping the customer at the heart of everything they do.


As the Diversity and Inclusion Manager, reporting in to the Head of HR Operations you will be responsible for implementing the strategy, predominantly relating to diversity and inclusion.

You will need to make sure that the business D&I aims are achieved throughout the company which may also include the responsibility of other relevant HR project delivery. You will be responsible for managing the D&I budget and have ownership of creating, implementing and maintaining all D&I activities and plans.

The Diversity and Inclusion Manager will make sure that D&I is included in HR plans, and ultimately increase awareness across both the HR function and the wider business. In order to achieve this you will work closely with key stakeholders, consulting with them to provide direction on the most effective D&I strategies, and translate this in to a delivery plan.


Key skills and experience required:

  • Experience in a diversity and inclusion focused role is essential
  • Experience of working within the construction industry would be highly desirable although not essential
  • Based in (or within a commutable distance) to the East Midlands
