Client Details

A well established global pharmaceutical company.

Description

Manage all learning activities including both face to face and virtual.

Management of logistics for attendees and faculty members attending courses.

Ensure the smooth running of courses by being main point of contact on the day for faculty and attendees.

Manage to relationship with suppliers i.e. hotels, transport providers to ensure that they deliver the expected level of service.

Deal with day to day enquries of end users i.e. resetting passwords.

Profile

Experience in organising courses.

High level skills in administrating and using learning management systems.

Strong organisational skills.

Experience in dealing with people at all levels, including senior health care professionals.

Ability to manage budgets and ideally use of ARIBA.

Be confident to manage day to day courses on their own.
