  • Advise, guide and support all staff and managers across the Surrey and other campuses
  • Upskill and supporting managers for all people matters
  • Collaboratively working within the wider HR team across multiple projects

True HR generalist role including:

  • Recruitment and selection
  • Employee relations
  • Performance development reviews
  • Supporting the salary review process


  • Resilient and experienced standalone HR generalist with excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to mitigate risk and proactively advise and guide client groups
  • Strong middle and senior stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • CIPD qualified HR Business Partner
  • Experience of change management
  • Ability to provide support to multiple sites as required
  • Comfortable presenting and providing coaching to small groups
  • Desirable experience with HR system iTrent

Job Offer

£41,000- £46,000 salary plus additional benefits
