A multinational Legal firm are currently looking for an HR Systems Manager to join their team based in the City of London on a permanent basis.

Key elements of this role will include:

  • Implementing our people and talent strategy in line with business objectives

  • Recruitment of all partners and employees, including graduate 'trainee' recruitment

  • Talent and career management

  • Reward strategy and salary review

  • Supporting the appraisal and performance management process

  • Employment and personnel administration, including payroll and benefits

  • Policy and procedures setting and the practical application of these across the business

Successful individual will have the following experience:

  • Management of global HR and L&D systems

  • Project and change management and enhancements (full lifecycle from concept to business as usual)

  • Tailoring systems so they are adopted and used effectively in practice

  • Effective management of third party providers and SLAs

  • Integration of HR and L&D systems with other business applications

  • Line management or supervisory skills

  • Identifying and delivering continual process and service improvements

  • Advanced MS Excel for data management

  • Use of a BI tool (e.g. Oracle BI, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Cognos Impromptu) to develop and deliver HR and L&D management reporting

  • Experience with CoreHR, including CoreTime, CorePay (UK), CoreSecurity and other modules

  • SABA experience desirable but not essential.

  • Experience working in a partnership
