A multinational Legal firm are currently looking for an HR Systems Manager to join their team based in the City of London on a permanent basis.
Key elements of this role will include:
Implementing our people and talent strategy in line with business objectives
Recruitment of all partners and employees, including graduate 'trainee' recruitment
Talent and career management
Reward strategy and salary review
Supporting the appraisal and performance management process
Employment and personnel administration, including payroll and benefits
Policy and procedures setting and the practical application of these across the business
Successful individual will have the following experience:
Management of global HR and L&D systems
Project and change management and enhancements (full lifecycle from concept to business as usual)
Tailoring systems so they are adopted and used effectively in practice
Effective management of third party providers and SLAs
Integration of HR and L&D systems with other business applications
Line management or supervisory skills
Identifying and delivering continual process and service improvements
Advanced MS Excel for data management
Use of a BI tool (e.g. Oracle BI, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Cognos Impromptu) to develop and deliver HR and L&D management reporting
Experience with CoreHR, including CoreTime, CorePay (UK), CoreSecurity and other modules
SABA experience desirable but not essential.
