Your new company
You'll be working for a long established organisation that is going through an exciting period of change and modernisation. At the heart of this change is culture and people development meaning that this period of time for the HR function is very dynamic and exciting.

Your new role
You'll be involved, in amongst the team of 4 in delivering training and coaching on the implementation of a new appraisal system. You'll also support on a project involving process mapping which seeks to refine and review HR policies and processes. As well as this you may also be involved in some other consultations or employee relations cases and other generalist duties.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experienced and CIPD Qualified HR professional. In terms of the depth of your experience, there may be scope for a less experienced person to join the team (HR experience still required) but this can be discussed upon application. Equally, we could look at a slightly more experienced candidate but would need to discuss pay rates.

What you'll get in return
This is a long term temp role through until approx April 2020 but very likely longer.
