HR Advisor - 3 month FTC

A Public Services company in Lewes is recruiting for a HR Advisor for a 3 month FTC.

Your new company
Our Public Services client in Lewes is recruiting for a 3 month FTC to cover a secondment. You will be working with another 3 HR Officers in their head office, reporting into the HR manager.

Your new role
As a HR Advisor you will be delivering an advisory HR service working with management teams to maximise skills, knowledge, performance and contribution of all staff. You will also be coaching and advising line managers through HR policies and procedures in a pragmatic and customer focused way.

This is a multi site role, you will be based in Lewes but will be required to travel to their other sites such as Central Brighton, Hove, Newhaven, Seaford etc whilst line managing 2 HR Administrators.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you need to immediately available to start in the next few weeks and is flexible to travel to other locations around Brighton with their own transport. You must also have experience in an advisory/officer role within a multisite, customer focused organisation with experience of providing professional advice on complex employment issues, interpreting HR policies, procedures, conditions of service and relevant legislation.
