Continuous Improvement Lead

This role is responsible for identifying areas of customer dissatisfaction within the business, by conducting various forms of analysis. This is a permanent role for a Continuous Improvement Lead, based in Hatfield. The company are looking for an individual who is able to build strong internal stakeholder relationships, approachable, with an analytical mindset. Competency with Excel is necessary as this role will involve reporting and analysis of data.

The client are a market leader within the Utilities sector, with Head Offices based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. Occasional travel may be required.

Description

  • Identify improvement opportunities based on customer experience metrics and present to senior stakeholders outlining a deployment plan, costs and associated benefits
  • Be a customer champion by implementing improvements enabling excellent customer experience
  • React and prioritise according to changing business needs and opportunities
  • Identify and work closely with subject matter experts across multiple areas, for successful implementation
  • Work with customer facing teams across various sites within our operating area
  • Facilitate workshops to understand the customer journey, identify areas for improvement and develop and deliver action plans
  • Successful delivery and implementation of Improvement initiatives

Profile

  • High degree of numeracy with strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Have a strong enquiring mind and be keen to learn and grow
  • Strong communicator
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Experience of delivering process improvements using Lean Six Sigma
  • Experience in a customer focused industry
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification will be ideal
