I am working exclusively with a well know company based in Surrey who are looking for a permanent recruitment to join them as an Internal Junior Recruiter. This role is reporting into the Recruitment Manager and will be supporting the entire recruitment function.

The role includes but is not limited to:

  • Pre-screen candidates from a multitude of sources ensuring we contact them in a timely manner

  • Interview candidates where needed, this will include some travel across various sites

  • Liaise with trusted recruitment partners & recruitment agencies ensuring the right people are introduced to us and received a world class candidate journey.

  • Be a visible and available support the entire company on any recruitment needs

  • Build excellent relationship with key stakeholders throughout the business

  • Ensure job postings are visible, appealing and hit the right audience.

  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter to source the best talent in the industry

  • Attend Recruitment events as part of the Recruitment team

My client is looking for someone who has a passion for recruitment and wanting to develop their career further. You must have strong experience working with multiple stakeholders and multiple roles at any one time. You must be confident working in a fast-paced environment and have great knowledge of multiple candidate sourcing techniques.
