Learning & Development Administrator

This role will require you to be able to report to multiple managers within the business and will give you the chance to develop a range of professional relationships. You will be part of a team that has a broad range of responsibility which will encompass recruitment duties, talent management and compensation and benefits. This means that you will be always be on the move and your motivations will need to line up the mission of the business. You'll be responsible for planning and logistics for the training needs of the business, manage the invoices and be responsible for keeping the records of payment. Furthermore you will be coordinating the department inter evaluation, maintaining the levels while spotting the areas that may need to be developed.

The skills you will need to advise the business are an academic record with strong grades in GCSE and A-Levels. The title of the role is learning and development and your learning and development needs to be shown. In order to apply for this role you will also need a covering letter to go along side your CV. The more you can evidence that you are positive, committed, driven person, the better your chances you'll have to make the right first impression.
