This role is a fantastic opportunity to hit the ground running in a professional services business. You will help them manage their recruitment processes (end to end) and work with internal stakeholders to ensure the effective completion of a change project.

My client are a market leading professional services business near Bromley.

Description

  • Partnering with the HR BPs and senior stakeholders to understand the needs of the business and work with them to provide a seamless recruitment service on both sides
  • Be creative with recruitment processes to ensure you attract the best talent in the market
  • Promoting the company brand both internally and externally from a recruitment perspective
  • Manage the recruitment system
  • Provide hands on, operational recruitment service
  • Stay updated in the market about key recruitment strategies and insights
  • Work with agencies and internal teams to recruit

Profile

  • You will have worked in a similar professional services environment, ideally FS
  • You will have a proven track record of working with and influencing senior stakeholders
  • You will have the ability to work with different stakeholders and adapt your approach
  • You will have a great track record of sourcing candidates directly and through agency
  • You will ideally be able to utilise candidate tracking systems

Job Offer

  • c£42,500 per annum salary
