Brand new and exciting role, this HR Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities across two busy 24/7 sites.

The key responsibilities of this HR Coordinator include but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead on maintaining and updating the company HRIS to ensure it is used to its full potential
  • Provide appropriate and timely management reports
  • Preparing monthly reports to agreed timescales
  • Process starter and leaver administration, liaising with colleagues when necessary
  • Provide efficient and proactive HR administration support
  • Support on Absence management with Line Managers
  • Organise and act on HR related meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Undertake HR Project work and support organisational HR initiatives
  • Be first point of contact for managers in relation to guidance and advice on HR matters


The successful candidate must be up for a challenging role with varied hours - this is not a 9-5.30pm role! You must be able to work flexibly to the needs of the business.

Alongside the above, this HR Coordinator will have:


  • UK Drivers License
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent
  • HR Coordination experience
  • Worked in a similar working environment previously (preferred)


  • Working knowledge of HR best practices
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written
  • Ability to manage a variety of different stakeholders
  • Ability to challenge the status quo
  • Influential personality
