Your new role
We are currently recruiting for a temporary HR Advisor based in Halesowen. Working as part of a larger HR team, you will be the sole HR contact for this site. As such you will oversee the full employee life-cycle, including recruitment and selection, changes to terms, ER case management and reporting. Supported by a wider HR team, you will have the autonomy to manage your own workload, but the piece of mind that there is an escalation point.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor who has a background in a full generalist HR role. As the sole point of contact for the site, you must be able to manage a variety of tasks, from administrative through to guiding and coaching line managers.
