As a Regional HR Business Partner you will support the Senior HR Business Partner in the delivery of the people & service strategy and plan across the directorate and create local plans to drive improvement in key performance indicators. You will influence, coach and mentor business leaders and act as a primary contact for first class professional guidance and customer service.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Senior HR Business Partner to undertake functional OD reviews and review workforce plans with business leaders.
  • Acting on any inefficiency and cost savings, including design factors where impact has been observed on areas such as behaviour, attitudes, culture, systems and communication flows.
  • Supporting the Senior HR Business Partner with any ad-hoc work required to support growth plans and new business bids.
  • Delivering the safe transfer/exit of services from a people perspective.
  • Assist the Senior HR Business Partner with the people transformation plans.
  • Provide advice and guidance to leaders on change management including reorganisations and culture change.
  • Drive company performance management processes.
  • Ensure managers are updated on continuous improvement items such as processes, policies and compliance and that best practice is driven at all times.
  • Work with the Senior HR Business Partner to support reviews of structure, culture, service, behaviours, skills and performance.
  • Support leaders on change management strategy, planning and implementation.
  • Assist and support development plans to continually grow and develop performance.
  • Support leaders in building robust and effective talent & succession plans to ensure the organisation has the right resource, capability and talent to achieve immediate and strategic ambitions now and in the future.
  • Promote best practice on employee engagement in line with equality and diversity policies.
  • Work in partnership with central services to provide sound advice on employment law matters, escalating any business risk or highly complex cases to Head of People and Services.
  • Champion and communicate policies, best practice procedures and organisational culture to leaders and employees.

Profile

As the successful candidate you will:

  • Be a Qualified CIPD (Graduate or Member)
  • Demonstrate proven experience in a similar capacity within the healthcare sector.
  • Offer significant generalist experience gained within a similar role.
  • Possess exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • Show good business acumen and commerciality.
  • Have proven business partnership capabilities and solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application.
  • Be experienced in developing and supporting line managers through change.
  • Be highly credible and able to quickly build effective working relationships, engaging and influencing at a senior stakeholder level.

Job Offer

Basic salary of up to £40,000 plus benefits.
