My client is a leading insurance business based in Romford with offices across the UK and also internationally.


The Talent, Learning & Development Manager will lead both talent acquisition and also L&D for this insurance business based in Romford. The role will include managing a talent acquisition consultant and leading on L&D. Within L&D will be sales training and also development of the senior leadership team so whoever takes on this role will need to be comfortable delivering at all levels.


To be successful in this role you will need sales training experience within the financial services industry, you will also ideally have some knowledge of recruitment.

Job Offer

A competitive salary of £50-£60,000 with good benefits.
