Talent and Organisational Development Manager – Investment Management
Our client is a leading international investment management firm based in the heart of London. A need has arisen to appoint an experienced Talent and Organisational Development Manager to drive forward the Talent and OD strategy across the business.
Reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent, you will be responsible for developing a broad range of talent and development related activities including L&D and bespoke OD work. Key responsibilities will include the development of leadership and management development programmes, implementing strong succession planning, refining performance management initiatives and driving forward culture change programmes which will include Diversity & Inclusion and employee engagement.
This is a client facing role which will require first class stakeholder and project management skills.
