HR Advisor

A global law firm is looking for an HR Advisor to join their team.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Deal with all employee relations issues

  • Ensure all contractual/legal documents and templates are kept up to date

  • Implement guidelines on ER

  • Keep accurate and appropriate records of ER related events

  • Advise managers and individuals on performance management policy

  • Assist the Reward and Benefits Manager with any benefits related queries from staff

  • Support the Learning & Development Manager

  • Undertaking project work where required

This person will:

  • Be CIPD qualified

  • Have experience of working at HR Advisor/Officer level

  • Have excellent organisational skills

  • Have the ability to prioritise and perform under pressure

  • Have good knowledge of employment law

  • Have strong IT skills
