A fantastic opportunity to work with a leading creative fashion brand in North West London, who are looking for a HR Co-ordinator to join them initially until the end of the year, to begin as soon as possible.
This role is working closely with the HR, Recruitment and Payroll teams to provide support to all employees across the UK. The office environment is relaxed, sociable and outgoing so will suit someone of that nature, whilst eager to work hard!
The role includes but is not limited to:
Act as the first point of contact for HR related queries, liaising with the wider HR/Payroll Team as necessary
Drafting correspondence and updating as required relating to offer letters, contracts, absence, leavers, disciplinary, grievance, etc.
Updating employee data on the HR system Workday.
Ensuring new starter requirements are up to date including right to work checks.
Responsible for coordinating new starter inductions.
Monitoring probationary periods for all new starters, ensuring end of review meetings are carried out and the necessary paperwork is completed.
Coordinate any performance or conduct issues with the HR Team
Providing management information for the HR monthly dashboard and provide ad hoc people data as needed (e.g. starters, leavers)
Support with any administration needs
To be successful in this role you will be an outgoing and proactive HR Co-ordinator (or similar level) eager to further your HR experience or be a strong administrator looking for your first step into HR.
