HR Generalist required to come in and manage a small team and lead on all HR consultancy services for the North American Client Base. CIPD Level 5+.

Leading HR Consultancy business based on the outskirts of Reading. The client work with a number of clients around the world and this role focuses on the North American client base.

Description

  • Offering advice to management on all areas of HR
  • Strong Employee Relations experience and knowledge, including redundancies situations, dismissals, performance management issues are an essential requirement of this role.
  • The successful candidate will be competent in the management of employee/labour relations and legal issues and will counsel our clients on related issues.
