Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner opportunity for a growth digital division in a leading consultancy business. The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for the whole HR domain for this specialist business and supervises the HR team. You will act as a thought partner to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The role will report to the HR Director.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing the EVP and building innovative and top of the class HR processes

  • Maintaining and adjusting the career track and criteria for promotion and up-to-date job descriptions

  • Leverages existing programs and acting as a thought partner to create relevant programmes to support the career development of all staff

  • Supervising the build and execution of training programmes. Ensuring initiatives from other regions are leveraged and that the plan is designed in alignment with chapter needs

  • Maintaining and reviewing the HR policies in collaboration with the broader business and other regions

  • Reporting on HR activity and people movements

  • Line managing the talent management team

AS the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Entrepreneurial thinking

  • The ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment with excellent project management skills

  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills

  • At least 7 years of successful experience in career development and HR in the professional services space

  • Experience in working in an international environment and remotely

  • ​Experience in managing a small team

  • Strong academic credentials
