Your new role
In your new role, you'll pick up a broad range of responsibilities across the employee lifecycle, will work on ad-hoc HR-projects and have a great amount of autonomy from your first day.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new HR Coordinator role, you'll have excellent communication skills, work in a proactive manner and strong attention to detail. You'll have worked in a central HR Administrator position and be comfortable with managing administrative tasks across the employee lifeycle including issuing contracts, offer letters, on-boarding new joiners and acting as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries. Strong numeracy skills are crucial to the role.
