My client, a well-established Retail business are looking for an ER & Policy Specialist to join their high performing team based in Milton Keynes.

This is an excellent time to be joining the business as they continue to evolve at a rapid pace. Your primary responsibility will be reviewing, benchmarking and updating ER policies and procedures, utilising data to share insights and propose actions. This role requires an individual that has a passion for driving improvements through policies and process to identify trends.

  • Maintaining and updating all ER related materials; policies, procedures, employee handbooks and training courses.

  • Creating new ER material when new policies are required.

  • Working with legal counsel to ensure best practice & legal compliance.

  • Provides data on key metrics for ER related matters and identify trends to suggest possible solutions.

  • Defining and measuring success metrics, monitoring change progress and tracking and reporting issues.

  • Primary accountability for maintaining sources of ER data on internal systems

  • Applying a change management process and tools to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

The ideal candidate will experience working in a past pace Retail, Hospitality or FMCG business with experience in redesigning and updating ER policies and procedures.
