A world leading law firm based in The City are looking for an HR & Recruitment Advisor to join the team. As the HR & Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
Assisting the manager with overseeing screening of applications for training contracts, vacation schemes, open days etc.
Assisting with key diversity initiatives
Supporting Manager by facilitating assessment days, briefing candidates and interviewers
Conducting judgment interviews and assessing group exercises
Invigilating and marking critical thinking tests
Providing feedback to candidates
Acting as key point of contact for participants, partners and lawyer supervisors as well as trainee 'buddies'
Overseeing the sourcing of appropriate seat changes
Overseeing onboarding processes
Attending vacation scheme evening events
Overseeing gathering of feedback from vacation scheme supervisors and ensuring it's collated and circulated appropriately
Managing and assisting projects
Assisting with remotely managing two administrators
Delivering induction presentations and presentations on seat planning
Conducting seat planning meetings with trainees
Conducting seat catch up meetings and acting on any issues that may arise
Assisting HR Advisor with seat planning process
As the HR & Recruitment Advisor, you will possess:
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong academics ideally to degree level
Previous law firm experience
Strong IT skills both written and verbal
