Handle have joined forces with an global marketing agency who are looking for their next HR Manager.
This is a global marketing solutions agency, who are looking for their first HR Manager to support a tech heavy team of c.30. This is a 'stand-alone' role, but does have a connection with the wider group HR team. This is a really exciting opportunity for an established generalist to take full responsibility of all operational HR activities, and covers everything from recruitment, L&D, managing performance, TUPE and managerial responsibility within the team.
The role is best suited to someone who enjoys working independently, and who would really enjoy making the role their own. The successful candidate needs substantial HR knowledge, especially around employment law, and be confident at resolving complex situations. As part of the wider group, there is process and policy in place that is good to go, and this person will be able to confidently take the reins and start to roll these out to line managers and the teams.

Driving culture across the business is a pivotal part of the role, and being passionate about championing a strong, grass-roots culture through thoughtful initiatives, ensuring communication across the business is on brand, working on team/cultural celebrations, and leading on team well being initiatives.
The business are also very focused on training and development, and so this person would lead on in house training, support heads of departments, organise valuable HR/People sessions and delivery of briefings and workshops.
