Your new role
You will join the HR and recruitment function. You'll be working on recruitment campaigns organising interviews, coordinating candidates, updating the applicant tracking system etc. You'll also be involved in organising the pre-start and on-boarding process for new starters, ensuring that the correct process is followed and updated correctly.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need experience in an administration capacity within a HR or recruitment team. This role will need you to learn the systems and processes quickly so that you can quickly begin to help share the workload with the team.
