Senior Reward Specialist

Are you a Senior Reward Analyst or Reward Specialist looking for a new challenge? A global Investment firm are seeking a Senior Reward Specialist to join their HR team on a 6 month FTC. You will report into the HR Director and support the business through their Year-End process.

You will have ownership of and manage all aspects of the Year-End process with relation to the annual compensation review. This role would suit an individual who can hit the ground running and enjoys a varied schedule with no two days the same. You will need to be flexible, an excellent communicator and have a strong understanding of Reward in order to enhance the existing processes. Experience working on annual review cycles across multiple markets is essential and prior Financial Services experience/exposure is preferred.

The role is paying up to £75,000, depending upon experience, pro rata for the 6 month FTC. There is potential for this role to go permanent at the end of the fixed term contract too.
