Oakleaf Partnership are working with a fast-growth Fintech organisation. They are looking for a Reward Partner to own the Reward and HR analytics space for the next 15 months.

This is a hands-on role and will suit someone with both strategy and execution skills who likes to work at a fast pace, is delivery focused, enjoys variety and who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.

The position plays a vital role in ensuring the oranisation have the key Reward structures in place to attract and retain employees in a hyper competitive Fintech market.

  • You'll be the subject matter expert nternationally for all Reward queries, policies and processes, on hand to provide guidance to managers and leaders across the business.

  • You'll lead on all Reward related integration activities in order to develop and implement an improved long term pay and benefits strategy for employees.

  • Responsible for providing monthly/annual HR analytics metrics to the management/Exco team.

  • You'll collaborate closely with the Finance team to ensure that combined HR and finance data is consistent and relevant to the business decision making processes.

  • Accountable for driving the annual compensation review process, including benchmarking analysis.

The successful candidate will be a commercially minded candidate with proven experience in a Reward & HR data role. You will have advanced analytical and creative problem-solving skills, be at ease working with metrics and HR data and be very detail driven! You will be comfortable working autonomously whilst leading and executing Reward related projects and be able to communicate effectively at all levels including senior leadership.
