Training Manager in Financial Services
A leading banking company based in the City of London are looking for a Trainer or Training Manager to come in and join the team. This is a newly created role and you can really make it your own.
For the role you will train customer service staff on customer service/complaints. This is focused around the deisgn and delivery of content, dealing with tricky customers and vulnerbale. The bank does have an outsourced team based in Edinburgh who pick up the overflow of calls.
This is a great challenge to join a very fast paced business which is ever changing.
To thirve in this role it's essential you are a selt startee, can muck in and are motivated. You will be coming into joined a team of agents and 8 specialist managers.
