In this role you will play a lead role in an HR Change Management related to a restructuring project.

The Senior HR Change Consultant will have the opportunity to make an extremely valuable contribution to a high-profile project within a prestigious organisation.


To be considered for this role, you must be available to start in October 2019 for an initial period of 6 months.

You will have previous experience leading an HR change programme within a Financial services environment.

* Expert knowledge around Employment Law, Employee Relations and Industrial Relations

* Chartered Member of CIPD

* Ability to lead, influence and negotiate at all levels

* Excellent written and verbal communication
