A global consultancy is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join their team in London.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Working with Partners and the staffing team to achieve optimum development of consultants

  • Monitor and manage billability of consultants

  • Meet regularly with consultants to understand their staffing needs and advising where necessary

  • Maintain accurate records of staffing assignments and pipeline

  • Producing reports and updates as required

This person will:

  • Have an understanding of the consulting business

  • Have 2-3 years in an HR role within professional services

  • Be a forward thinker with a can-do attitude

  • Have strong attention to detail

  • Be educated to degree level (or equivalent) with high academic achievement

  • Have excellent communication skills
