The client are a fast paced and highly agile Engineering firm with sites across the UK and Corporate centres in Leeds and London. With under 1000 heads in the UK they are part of a global group of over 20,000 and have the brand power to make market leading impact.

Description

The Head of Organisational Effectivness role will take responsibility for all talent, development, behavioural framework, talent acquisition, employee value proposition, leadership, succession, performance management and optimisation. You will partner the HRD to lead on numerous projects to deliver a commercial and measurable OD provision to both the leadership and wider business.

Profile

To be successful in your application to this Head of Organisational Effectivness you need to be able to demonstrate your expertise across the full talent spectrum from cradle to grave. A background in generalist HR activities would be advantageous as you will deputise for the HRD and provide wider HR support when required

Job Offer

The client is offering a generous bonus with a basic in the range of £65,000 - £80,000
