Lead HR Business Partner - Maternity Leave Cover
12 month maternity leave
£75 - £80k.
My client is a leading international services business based in London City seeking and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their team on a 12 month maternity leave cover. You will have two direct reports and act as the point of escalation to the wider HR team while managing your own client group. Some travel required.
* Deliver a comprehensive, commercially focussed HR service, encompassing Resourcing, Reward, Employee Relations and Development/Learning within their respective business pipelines;
* Improve capability, performance, talent and leadership
* Ensure that all HR activities focus on the delivery of business objectives.
* Have a strong technical HR knowledge and its practical application;
* Have a strong business acumen and commercial awareness to assess commercial or financial risk, people implications and develops solutions to address;
* Demonstrate a strong track record of credibility and seen as a trusted advisor. Coaches people to get the best outcomes;
* Successfully lead and implemented big change programmes by using strong change management and project management skills;
* Use strong analytical skills and intuition to analyse data and interpret business insights and trends;
* Use data to support decision making and develops the best solutions;
* Have a track record to engage, inspire and influence people at senior levels.
