VP Compensation & MI

A Financial Services organisation based in the City is looking for a VP Analytics to join the Global Compensation team on a permanent basis managing compensation/ people analytics and advice.

Working closely with the Global HR teams and Business Managers, the VP Analytics will:

  • Be an SME on HR data and analytics, supporting key processes and projects in both the team and broader HR function

  • Support the business with compensation-based analytics

  • Work with the team to deliver an efficient year end compensation cycle

  • Liaise closely with Finance, HR, Business Managers and Regional Compensation teams

  • Partner with the People Analytics team to develop and deploy new products

  • Manage compensation-based projects

Key requirements:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills

  • Good understanding of compensation plan design

  • Confident working with large data sets

  • Ability to present to senior stakeholders

  • Experience in Financial Services would be advantageous
