VP Compensation & MI
A Financial Services organisation based in the City is looking for a VP Analytics to join the Global Compensation team on a permanent basis managing compensation/ people analytics and advice.
Working closely with the Global HR teams and Business Managers, the VP Analytics will:
Be an SME on HR data and analytics, supporting key processes and projects in both the team and broader HR function
Support the business with compensation-based analytics
Work with the team to deliver an efficient year end compensation cycle
Liaise closely with Finance, HR, Business Managers and Regional Compensation teams
Partner with the People Analytics team to develop and deploy new products
Manage compensation-based projects
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Good understanding of compensation plan design
Confident working with large data sets
Ability to present to senior stakeholders
Experience in Financial Services would be advantageous
