Your new company
This is a small not for profit with nearly 200 staff and a HR team of 3. This role has come about due to an increase in workload due to some re-organisation coming down the line which will require HR input.

Your new role
You'll be doing a generalist HR role which will include employee relations, recruitment, general HR advice etc but will focus in particular on managing consultations with managers and employees about some upcoming changes related to re-structuring.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be able to start in the next 2-3 weeks. You'll be an adept HR Advisor with good experience in advising and coaching managers on all aspects of HR policy. This is a small organisation who deliver a very valuable service to the community so it's important that you fit in with their values. CIPD qualifications at level 5 and above would be very favourable.

What you'll get in return
This is an initial 6 month contract term with a potential to extend. This is an hourly paid job with weekly pay and a strong annual leave allowance of 33 days (pro-rata), full-time, 37 hours per week .
