Your new company
You will be joining a leading Oil and Gas firm, based in Sunbury, which aims to use innovative ways to find and produce oil and remain competitive in an ever-changing market.

Your new role
As HR Coordinator, you will work closely with People Advisors and line managers to ensure you are providing a reliable, compliant and secure HR service. You will provide client support, maintain and improve the HR reporting systems, tools and processes, provide ad hoc HR administrative support, provide accurate data as required and coach employees on attendance systems to ensure their time is logged accurately. You will also have the opportunity to get involved with project management and change initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be able to administer HR systems and processes effectively, provide ad hoc advice in regard to HR and have strong systems and IT skills. Furthermore, knowledge of HR policies and procedures and experience of HR information systems is desirable.
