Resourcing Specialist

We're currently working with an international law firm based in London to find a Resourcing Specialist to join the HR team. The successful candidate will support the Resourcing Manager and Senior Manager with strategic recruitment needs of the business support departments.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for support departments and working closely with the Resourcing Manager to deliver a resourcing strategy for support recruitment

  • Providing HR input into processes such as interviews and assessment centers

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline and manage the day-to-day recruitment agency relationships and performance review

  • Produce resourcing MI and report back to relevant Managers

  • Manage and host new joiner processes

  • Work closely with the recruitment administration team outside of London, ensuring processes are accurate and fit for purpose

  • Support the Resourcing Manager and Senior Resourcing Manager on strategic processes such as; direct sourcing, development of employer brand, training of line managers/interviewers in London and internationally.

  • Experience of managing recruitment campaigns within a busy and complex environment

  • Experience within a law firm or broader professional services background.

  • Demonstrate success in talent pipeline and direct sourcing methods and reducing recruitment costs

  • Ability to add value to an established team

  • Experience of online candidate tracking systems

  • Strong interviewing experience and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders

  • Sound time management and organizational skills

  • Can build rapport with candidates quickly and demonstrates a collaborative approach to their work
