HR Business Partner - German speaking

We're delighted to be working with a world leading consulting firm on an interim HR Business Partner role. The position is to be here based in London, but supporting employees in the Swiss and German offices remotely. Reporting to the Lead HR BP (EMEA) you will act as a trusted and integral part of the German and Swiss leadership to drive engagement and retention through a great people experience for all employees.

The firm is looking to bring someone on board for 6 months whilst the search for a permanent headcount in Germany continues.

This is a full generalist role and you will be responsible for acting as a first point of contact for your client group to provide HR support and guidance in a timely and professional manner. In particular, preparing and executing bi-annual review meetings, working closely with the business to identify training and development needs and deliver appropriate solutions and embed the firmwide performance management framework to develop internal talent.

The role will also work alongside the Head of Recruitment to ensure hiring in well supported and efficient and work closely with global Comp & Benefits team to manage the Year End process.

You must have extensive experience in a HR business partnering role, preferably within a professional services firm or management consultancy. German fluency is a necessity and you must have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to be considered. The business need someone on board ASAP so a short notice period would be ideal and change management experience would be beneficial.
