Oakleaf are working alongside a successful charity based in Central London who are looking for a Reward Manager to assist with their year end activities for 6 months.

As a Reward Manager Analyst you will be reporting into the Head of Reward - your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Assist with the annual salay and bonus review

Conducting compensation related activities such as salary benchmarking and job evaluation

Gender Pay Gap reporting

Providing a main point of contact service for technical issues relating to the HRIS

The ideal candidate will:

Have proven compensation experience, ideally involved in an annual salary review

Ability to pay key attention to detail and work with limited supervision

Advanced Excel skills including VLookups and Pivot Tables

Proven experience working as a motivated member of a team
