I have partnered with a fantastic private sector organisation in Leeds, in their search for an HR Administrator. This is a permanent, full-time role, paying £20,000.
Working in a close-knit and collaborative team, there will be plenty of training available in the first 12 months of this role. This will allow you to learn the ropes when it comes to all things HR, and become a real expert in the field.
Once you feel confident, you will be the first point of contact and will mainly be answering HR queries over the phone. This will allow you to build on your knowledge and build great relationships with a variety of people.
Once you are settled in, there will be plenty of opportunities to travel to local client sites and attend important meetings and cases. This will allow you to grow into an HR Advisor and really excel in your career.
