Your new company

You will be joining the HR function of a large education provider based in Oxfordshire. The need has arisen for a professional and customer focused HR professional with an operational background to join the team.

Your new role

You will be providing HR support for the entire employee life cycle, supporting with starters/leavers, employee relations, performance management and anything else needed to assist the wider team. In this organisation, they are very passionate about HR being approachable and accessible, so its important you are professional and friendly at all times and can deliver effective HR advice and support at all times.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have worked with statute XII, as this is vital legislation which needs to be considered within day to day decision making within your HR remit. Only candidates with this experience or those who have worked within a HR function which is heavily regulated can be considered for this role due to the nature of this being interim.
