Tech Recruiter

I am working with a leading Retailer who have a great opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to join their Tech division on a permanent basis. This role will be split between two of their offices. This Tech Recruiter role will be focusing on Software Engineering.

This role will suit a pro-active recruiter from an agency or in-house background with experience of working within high volume positions and has strong stakeholder management.

You will be responsible for:

  • Attracting and hiring great talent for the brand, with a focus on Software Engineering

  • Successfully deliver large scale recruitment activity projects in aggressive timeframes

  • Build excellent relationships with the hiring managers to fully understand their requirements and provide excellent end to end service

  • Define and promote a positive Employer Branding through networking, social media, events and other means

You will need:

  • To be an experienced 360 recruiter with the ability to influence and consult at all stages of the process

  • To have at least 3-5 years within tech/Software Engineeringrecruitment

  • Excellent professional media skills and proficient in using platforms such as LinkedIn and various job boards to identify great talent

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring all stakeholders and hiring managers are kept well informed of project process

This role will suit an experience in-house recruiter looking to join a leading Tech recruitment team or a passionate agency recruiter looking for their first in-house role.
