We're currently working with a global leading professional services firm in London to find an HR Advisor to join the HR Team. The successful candidate will report to the Senior HR Business Partner and work alongside HR Business Partners, providing a commercial and professional HR service to the UK business.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your own case load of capability, disciplinary and grievance issues as well as support the HRBPs on complex cases

  • Support the HRBPs in any analysis and reporting required with the annual salary reviews. Provide data input into the compensation pool and provide general business support with the delivery.

  • Act as a specific point of contact, providing management reporting and data validation.

  • Participate in various team projects are requested, in areas such as D&I and Employee Engagement and Communications

This is a great opportunity to help develop the HR department within a global company and suitable candidates will possess:

  • Previous experience of working in an HR environment at Advisor Level, involved in generalist activities

  • CIPD qualified or working towards completion

  • Excellent Excel skills such as pivot tables and v-look ups

  • Microsoft Office suite skills

  • Strong hands on experience dealing with disciplinaries and grievances

  • Up to date knowledge of UK employment law and employee relation procedures

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with and influence senior business clients

  • Sound organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively

  • Experience handling confidential information in a professional manner
