This role is for an experienced HR generalist who is looking for that next step. You should be confident managing projects from start to finish and had up to date strong experience wtih ER and talent development.
Our client is a well known professional services organisation with a great reputation in the midlands.
Key responsibilities include:
Business partnering across the organisation to ensure managers and senior stakeholders are knowledgeable.
Ensure all policies and procedures and kept up to date
Manage the talent development and training contracts
Manage the employee experience from recruitment to exit
Assist with all salary and reward reviews
This is a fantastic HR Business Partner organisation for an experienced HR professional who has a generalist background but enjoys providing advice and support. You will be an effective relationship builder and be confident with all areas of HR. You should be a problem solver, customer focused and have strong attention to detail.
