I am working with a large transport company based in West London who are looking for an experience Project Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.

The Project Coordinator will be supporting the Transformation team by coordinating and co-managing multiple projects. You will also be gathering and documenting both project and development from our partners, members and internal team.

You need to have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects at once, have strong administrative skills and

The skills required are:

  • Accomplished problem solver

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Proven analytical skills

  • Assertive, prepared to see through plans and overcome objections

  • Works at pace and achieves tight deadlines

  • Microsoft Office, outlook, word, PowerPoint and Excel (Pivot tables)

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability for note and minute taking

  • Team working skills
