We're currently working with a prestigious national professional services firm based in London to find a Graduate Resourcing Advisor to join the Team. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end graduate recruitment needs for several regional offices.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for designated business area

  • Working closely with the Graduate Coordinator to ensure a high-quality service is delivered to candidates and stakeholders and workloads are well managed

  • Ensure fair and consistent hiring standards are held across the organization and decisions are challenged where required

  • Proactive candidate pipeline management throughout the season

  • Actively support the attraction strategy through partnering with marketing specialists to represent the brand at career fairs and skills sessions.

  • Awareness and understanding of the organisations strategies and objectives.

  • Educate your business areas on the recruitment process and fully understand the key drivers in the business areas you look after

  • Support analysis of competitor activity and ensure the company aligns themselves to the market

  • Ownership of all data management in relation to your open roles and deliver a high level of candidate experience

  • Work closely with HR services team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all trainees

  • Attention to detail with strong time management and organizational skills

  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent, with previous relevant experience within professional services or similar corporate environments
