Recruitment Manager

A global Professional Services firm based in The City are recruiting for a Recruitment Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Graduate Recruitment, this role will be responsible for:

  • Strategic initiatives

  • Partnering with leadership team, hiring managers and stakeholders to refine EVP and position in the talent marketplace

  • Remaining up to date on hiring trends, implementing creative strategies and running new initiatives in order to build pipeline

  • Focusing on digital campaigns and talent attraction initiatives to identify and engage candidates

  • Closely monitoring candidate progression

  • Developing a deep understanding of the firm's core values and key competencies necessary to roles

  • Maintaining ATS, generating reports, using data to inform strategic decisions across recruitment lifecycle and participating in ad hoc projects and initiatives

  • Acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and leadership team members to identify hiring needs and key candidate profiles

  • Immediately managing a team of 4-5 with expectations to grow team

  • Managing performance review and professional development for reports

  • Partnering with global recruitment team

As Recruitment Manager, you will possess:

  • Proven academic excellence

  • 5+ years in lateral or campus recruitment, ideally within Professional or Financial Services

  • Previous experience managing or delegating

  • Strong communication skills
