Salary: £75,000 - £80,000

My client is looking for an experienced Manager of Learning & Development. You will be responsible for partnering with the HR Business Partners, Senior Leaders and the Head of Learning & Development to create and drive the strategy for assigned functions. You will also lead and manage the development and delivery of group and individual programmes.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Senior Leaders, HRBPs and other Managers of Learning & Development to build a strategy across Europe.

  • Scope and design requirements for new and existing products and programmes.

  • Deliver, lead and manage the communication, launch and rollout of programmes.

  • Work with the wider team to plan and adhere to budget requirements.

  • Define project requirements with senior colleagues.

  • Lead, coach and develop the Learning & Development team.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Graduate calibre with a proven track record in Learning & Development.

  • Excellent communication, influencing and partnering skills.

  • Proven experience of developing and delivering group and individual learning solutions.

  • Expert facilitator.
