HR IT Trainer
A well known Insurance firm based in the City, is currently looking for a Systems Trainer to join their team Talent Team.
Reporting into the Head of Talent, this individual will be responsible for training employees on all systems, including the HR, finance and expenses system.
Ownership and delivery of employee systems training
Actively assist the talent management team with the recruitment strategy and process
Proactively assess the needs of the business from both a training and a technical resource perspective
Build effective relationships throughout the business
2-3 years of technical/IT training experience
Business facing, enthuisastic, candidate
Experience of delivery using different learning mediums e/g webcasts, e-learning etc.
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experiecne of a variety of systems e/g finance and expense management systems, Insurance and underwriting systems, HR Systems etc.
Confident public speaker
Confident in building relationships throughout a business
