Permanent HR Manager job available in Oldham paying up to £55k

Your new company
An established organisation with a headcount of approximately 400 employees over various functions are recruiting for a new HR Manager to join their organisation on a permanent basis on a full time basis.


Your new role
You will be responsible for the HR function and be responsible for supervising members of the HR team including appraisals, one to ones and performance management. You will be supporting organisational change and development and assisting in managing complex areas of people management and development through your HR team which consists of another 2 BP's, HR officer, payroll & also admin staff. Your department will be responsible for advising and furthering the business objectives by implementing the people policy and providing HR support and advice's. You will have full responsibility and accountability across the whole HR function leading on specific projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a HR leader to be involved in a business that are going through a significant amount of change and providing somebody with the opportunity to make a difference. Some of the people agenda immediately will include HR systems implementation, LMS systems, reward projects, OD work, High-performance culture and embedding new behaviours and generally change in culture.



What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a highly experienced HR candidate who is used to operating at the senior leadership level and is able to demonstrate experience of going through significant change programmes and the results and achievements of this. Candidates will have had experience in managing and leading a HR team underneath and motivating them. Experience in projects around culture change, reward, performance management and implementation of HR systems would be really useful.
