Our client commercial client is based in stunning offices based in Guildford that is easily accessible.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of HR this is a solid HR Generalist role that will support in all areas of HR from providing HR support through to employee relations, the full remit of the employee lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity to really drive through your HR experience.

This organisation employs circa 80 employees based in Guildford and internationally although international experience is not a pre-requisite for this role but will give you some great exposure! You will be Advisor level and a generalist and not be fazed by still doing the day to day admin but able to have exposure to interesting projects too, you will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy, An Interest/experience in Talent Acquisition, L&D would be ideal!

What you'll need to succeed

What you'll get in return
A base salary of £28,000 - £36,000
Holiday: 25 days per year plus bank holidays (increases by 1 day every 2 years)
Immediate membership to Cash Plan (Simply Health) for individual
PMI insurance membership after passing 6 month probation period
Eligible for annual performance and profit related bonus
Casual dress on Monday and Friday
